High Country Elite Home Inspections was established by Scott Heath of Banner Elk, NC. Scott has over thirty years of experience in the property management, HVAC and residential construction industries.

Our goal is to provide a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of a home's condition. We are licensed in North Carolina and Tennessee for home inspections and follow the Standards of Practice in both states. High Country Elite Home Inspections also has a FAA unmanned pilots license for drone imaging and videos. To do a complete and safe home inspection, full view of the roof and out of sight areas of the home can be done by drone flight and media.
